Tokyo Marui AK-47 Review

Tokyo Marui’s AK-47 is a classic airsoft rifle. Out of all of the manufacturers that have produced the AK-47, I think that Tokyo Marui does it best. I’ll just say right up front that I would recommend this gun to anyone from the beginner who is just getting into airsoft to the collector who is looking for true-to-life replica airsoft guns.

I think of this gun in terms of the pros and cons:

Pros

• Construction is solid and the attention to detail is impressive.
• Durability – my friend has been using one of these for over 2 years now.
• Availability of after market add-ons.

Cons

• Plastic furniture- the painted plastic is a real as it gets but it’s still not wood.

As with any full automatic airsoft gun, you’re going to go through a lot of rounds. This model is also pretty heavy which is great but do yourself a favor and get an arm strap.
