MP5 AEG Rifle Review

This certainly is the gun of your choice. The MP5 simply has it all. It is the dream of every gun enthusiast to own such a gun. It is a very compact gun and feels like a dead weight in your hands, almost like the real thing. ABS plastic constitutes the folding stock, chassis and detachable fore grip. The barrel is made of gleaming brass whereas the trigger, bolt handle, butt plate, sling swivel, front and rear sights, magazine release and fire selector are all metal. The fire selector indicates the firing mode. The modes can be safety, semi automatic and full automatic.

Three silencer lugs are concealed inside the muzzle flash hider. You can stalk an enemy soundlessly and even if you miss him, at least he won’t hear the shot! The gun has a folding stock. It can be folded or extended according to use. As for power, the gun can fire at a rate of 700-800 RPM. The range is about 40-50 yards. You can easily hit a man-sized target at this distance.

The magazine has no defects and works really well. It has very few feeding problems. The hop-up system is located at the rear below the T-charging handle. It can be changed by rotating the biggest gear present to change the amount of backspin. Many upgrades are possible and available with this gun. A tight-bore barrel can be integrated to improve the range and accuracy. Scopes, slings, lasers and torches can be purchased and mounted on the gun. This assault rifle is more than reliable and capable.

Pros

1. Compact: This gun is extremely compact and robust.
2. Metal content: Most parts of the gun are made of metal. This makes the gun very realistic as well as strong.
3. Mode selector: The fire selector gives three options os safety, semi automatic and full automatic.
4. Silencer: This attachment makes the gun silent. The target can be stalked and attacked soundlessly.
5. High rate of fire – The gun can fire with an RPM of 700-800. This is quite high for an airsoft gun.

Cons

1. Battery space: The battery space is limited and a larger battery cannot be accommodated.

This gun has few cons and the price isn’t too bad either. Considering the number of features available on this gun, the price is quite decent.
